We are excited for the 18th annual AUCCCO conference in San Antonio, TX on June 11th – 13th, 2025! Our theme for this conference is: Community as a Catalyst for Systemic Change. Our destination state took its name from the Caddo Nation word, táy:sha’, meaning “friend” or “ally”. We are inspired by bonds of connection because these are building blocks of community. Through our shared experiences, we find emotional support and psychological well-being. We hone our skills via mutual encouragement and diversity of perspectives in order to bring about change. This year, community is the foundation we hope to reinforce as it inspires belonging and in its fullest expression, joy. Every connection is one piece, one brick, contributing to a greater whole. As agents of change, let us come together to remind each other of our unique contributions and worth. Ultimately, we are the catalyst of change for equity and justice.
